What Is the iTero Element Scanner?
The iTero Element is a modern digital intraoral scanner used at Serenity Dental in Beaumont, Alberta. Rather than pressing a tray of putty against your teeth, the scanner uses a handheld wand and a small camera to capture thousands of images of your teeth and gums. Software stitches those images together into a detailed, full-colour 3D model of your mouth that appears on the screen beside you.
